Hill's Science Plan Puppy With Chicken

Puppy (formerly Canine Growth).

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken, ground maize, pearl barley, soybean meal, liver, dicalcium phosphate, iodised salt, calcium carbonate, potassium chloride, choline chloride, iron oxide, zinc oxide, ferrous sulphate, copper sulphate, manganous oxide, sodium selenite, calcium iodate, D-activated animal sterol (source of vitamin D3), vitamin E supplement, thiamin, niacin, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12 supplement.


FEEDING GUIDE:
Many factors such as environmental conditions, activity level, the stage of life and individual variation (temperament, stress) can affect the amount of food needed. The owner should monitor body weight and condition, and adjust the quantity fed according to veterinary advice.
Science Plan Puppy and Science Plan Puppy Mini should not be supplemented because additional food and supplements may upset the nutritional balance.  Fresh water should be available at all times.
The amount of Science Plan Puppy or Science Plan Puppy Mini to feed to pregnant bitches depends upon the stage of pregnancy.  Often pregnancy is not recognised until the 4th or 5th week.
The following feeding ranges can be used as a starting point and should be adjusted to achieve/maintain optimal bodily condition.
Lactating bitches should be fed unrestricted amounts of Science Plan Puppy or Science Plan Puppy Mini (i.e. fed ad libitum) until weaning is completed.
