Payment for goods are in GBP £ Sterling. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Delta Cards only. All prices are VAT inclusive at 17.5%.
No "party" shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, storms or other natural disaster), invasion, war, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), act of foreign enemies, civil war, revolution, rebellion, terrorist activities, military confiscation, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interrruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, and no other party will have a right to terminate this agreement in such circumstances.

You must be 18 years old or older and have a valid credit/debit card, with full authority to use it, to submit an order through this site. In the event of unauthorized use of a credit/debit card, most banks and card issuers cover all the charges or may limit your liability to £50.00. Please consult your card issuers terms for further information. In the event of any unauthorized use of a card, notification must be given to the card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Sparks Farm Ltd make all the necessary security checks as laid down by the clearning bank; therefore, any unauthorized use or fraudulant use of a card, Sparks Farm Ltd will not make any reimbursements to the cardholder.
Sparks Farm Ltd will accept telephone orders on the provisor that the customer gives the following information: 16 digit card number; card expiry date; 3 digit security number; postcode to which the card is registered to; and the number or name of the house the card is registered to. We will ship to both the cardholders address or a shipping address.
Coupons, Promotional Codes and Loyalty Discounts
Manufacturer Coupons:
- Coupons are redeemed at the discretion of the management.
- Your coupons may be subject to their own terms and conditions in addition to these which you will be advised of at the time of receipt of the coupon.
- Coupons can not be used against delivery charges.
- Coupons can only be used on orders placed online and over the phone, prior to you placing your order. We are unable to accept coupons for any reason once your order has been placed.
- Coupons may not be used past any expiry dates. Coupons have no cash value.
Promotional Codes:
If you would like to redeem a Sparks Farm Promotional Discount code which you may have received then please enter it in lowercase on the checkout/cart page without spaces. If you do have any trouble using your voucher code online please call us on 01444 441511 for assistance prior to placing your order. Discount codes can only be used in conjunction with our terms and conditions below.
Loyalty & Free Postage Discounts:
Sparks Farm Ltd, in its sole discretion, may cancel any/all promotions without prior notice given. Any promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
